Toll Customised Solutions provides specialised warehouse and distribution services to a wide variety of industries. But recruiting the right people proves to be a challenge. People think of it as working in a dusty old warehouse rather than the highly sophisticated, modern, automated workplace that it is.

So, we created a video series that interviewed real employees working for Toll Customised Solutions, and asked them to tell us what their experience of working at Toll was like. In their own words, they talked about what they liked about the company, the workplace, their colleagues. They talked about what surprised them and what they would tell anyone who was thinking of working with Toll CS.
